Shehnaaz Kaur Gill was born to Parminder Kaur Gill and Santokh Singh Sukh. Her brother's name is Shehbaaz Singh Badesha. She completed her education from Dalhousie Hilltop School, Dalhousie. Later, she went to Lovely Professional University for higher education.[3]
